Terms of Service

Effective July 22, 2026 · Verbaria is a product of Initial Finds LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms are a contract between you and Initial Finds LLC. Questions: [email protected].

1. The service

Verbaria is a writing environment: an editor, craft tools, and AI-assisted research, drafting, and strategy surfaces (“the Service”). Some features generate or transform text using artificial-intelligence models operated by third parties. AI output is a starting draft, not professional advice — review everything before you rely on it or publish it.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Service, and you’re responsible for activity under it. Sign-in is by email magic link or Google; keep control of that email account. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live) and use the Service on behalf of yourself or an organization you’re authorized to bind.

3. Your content is yours

Everything you write, upload, record, or import stays yours — including drafts the AI helped start. We claim no ownership of your content, and we don’t use your private content to train models. You give us only the limited license needed to operate the Service: storing your content, processing it through the AI providers you invoke, and displaying it back to you and anyone you explicitly share it with.

You’re responsible for what you publish. Don’t use the Service to produce unlawful content, spam, deliberate misinformation presented as fact, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

4. Plans, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you’ve already paid for.

One-time purchases (such as the bring-your-own-key unlock) are charged once and don’t renew. If a payment fails repeatedly, your plan may drop to the free tier — your writing always remains accessible to you.

Refunds: if the Service isn’t working for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it. After that, refunds are at our reasonable discretion.

5. Fair use of AI generation

Plans include a stated number of AI generations (or a free lifetime taste). Automated abuse — scripted account creation, scraping, or programmatic generation designed to circumvent plan limits — isn’t allowed. If you bring your own API key, use of that key is governed by your agreement with the key’s provider and billed by them, not us.

6. Third-party services

The Service is built on third-party infrastructure and, at your direction, connects to services you configure (for example WordPress publishing or email tools). Our Privacy Policy lists our subprocessors. Your use of connected third-party services is governed by their terms.

7. Leaving, and deleting your account

You can export your writing and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent: your content, brands, and personal data are removed from our production systems, and any active subscription is canceled. We may retain minimal records where the law requires (for example, tax records of payments).

8. Our commitments and their limits

We work to keep the Service available, fast, and honest, but it is provided “as is” — we can’t promise uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, Initial Finds LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users — with notice and a chance to export your content except where the violation makes that impractical. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Initial Finds LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless applicable law gives you the right to a different venue.
